Q: Are your fireproof doors have some certificates?
A: Yes, more info you can find on certificates page.

Q: Are these doors available only in standard dimension?
A: No. Most of the doors are available in custom dimension for small up-price.

Q: How do I find the best door for me?
A: You have to ask yourself what you expect from a door is it for your home or business, what level of security you require, if it has to be fire rated or supplied with any special lock system. Each individual request is different.
If you feel we have not answered your question, we'd be more than happy to discuss this both via telephone or via email.

Installation

Q: Do you install all of the products?
A: We do offer installation for any of the products sold, anywhere in the UK.

Q: Are installation instructions provided?
A: All products purchased with us come with a set of instructions detailing installation procedures. However, if you do encounter a problem, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you and offer advice.

Delivery

Q: How are the doors delivered?
A: The doors are delivered on specialised transport although someone does need to be on site to receive the goods when delivered. Generally one person delivers the goods so in some cases assistance will be required. If need more details regarding delivery please contact us.

Q: Do you deliver outside of the UK?
A: Yes, we already deliver to many other countries in Europe, prices for delivery are always on application due to massive variances in the weight of the different doors and shutters.

Prices

Q: How do your prices compare to other website companies?
A: We aim to have the lowest prices possible compared with other companies. If you find the exact product cheaper somewhere else, we will happily discuss matching this price and beating it if possible.

Q: Do you offer additional discount for higher quantity orders?
A: Yes we do supply many trade customers and volume discounts can be applied even though our one off prices are generally already discounted considerably.

Ordering

Q: Can I order a custom made door?  
A: Yes We make individually designed doors for architect projects or creative homeowners with all the security features and specifications required. It can be bespoken stain glass detail or an unusual size shape etc. We can help to recreate doors for listed buildings.  All purpose made doors, shutters and other products will be confirmed by email, fax or in writing before final manufacturing takes place
